Our School Day

Our school day starts at 8:45am, for all pupils. Gates open at 8:40am and pupils go directly to their classrooms.

Pupils in Nursery who attend for the morning session only will go home at 11:45am, when the rest of the early years pupils start their lunch break. 

For all other pupils, lunch is between 12pm and 1pm. 

Our school day finishes at 3:30pm unless pupils are attending an afterschool club. 

The school day will always include:

• Registration - morning and afternoon
• Phonics and/or guided reading
• Maths
• English
• Spelling
• Assembly

In the afternoon, learning will focus on the other curriculum areas including:

Science, PE, Computing, History, Geography, Religious Education, Art, Music, Design Technology, PSHE (personal, social and health education) Wild learning. 

The pupils also have two additional breaktimes, each of 15 minutes.
